I would like to be able to change the orientation of the text when labeling a curve.
When labeling a curve the text cannot be rotated 180 degrees using MsAnnotate. MSCad treats each individual text as a single entity and rotates it 180 degrees then the curve label is backwards. Example: when rotating r=310.00 180 degrees you get 00.013 = r. It is the same orientation as the other text but it is not right. The curve label should not be individual characters, but one entity of text.

This is now complete. From the notes for MicroSurvey CAD 2020:
Arc Labeling with ArcAlignedText
Arcs can now be labeled with an ArcAlignedText object instead of multiple text objects
The following commands can now create an ArcAlignedText label: Label on Arc, Manual Label on Arc, Text on Arc.
The Labeling Defaults: Curves command has a new option to create ArcAlignedText labels.
ArcAlignedText labels can be edited using the ARCTEXT command.
ArcAlignedText labels can be moved using the Rotate Text and Slide Text commands.
ArcAlignedText labels can be selected in the Lot Closure command.
